No. The free tier processes unlimited rows. The only limit is 3 saved recipes — you can run as many one-off transformations as you like without upgrading.
After 14 days your account drops to the Free tier automatically. You keep every recipe you've saved — Free is just capped at 3, so you can't save new ones until you delete down to the cap or upgrade. Cell-level editing (Pro) and AI features (Pro+) turn off; every transform stays available because transforms aren't tier-gated. No charge until you actively subscribe.
Yes. Cancel from your billing portal at any time. You keep your paid-tier access until the end of your billing period, then drop to Free.
For UK and EU customers, VAT is added at checkout at the applicable rate by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Prices shown are ex-VAT.
Annual billing is roughly 20% off — Pro works out at £12/month, Pro+ at £20/month, and Team at £39/month (all paid yearly). You pay once, then nothing for 12 months. Cancel any time; refunds are pro-rata per our Refund Policy.
All file processing happens client-side in your browser — your file data never touches our servers. Recipes (column mapping definitions) are stored in Supabase with row-level security. We're working toward SOC 2 compliance.
